At the heart of these collaborations are universities and research institutes, which carry out ongoing action research and lead the development of web-based teaching and learning systems – from e-portfolios, LMS and CMS platforms to competence validation software (LEVEL5, ECVET, EUROPASS). In parallel, partners in practice, including private companies and NGOs, pilot and implement these solutions in authentic contexts. By testing and refining competency-based learning and validation approaches in real-world environments, our network drives both innovation and practical relevance.
